Due to increased volume of no-show/last minute cancellations, a non-refundable, pre-paid exam deposit is required for ALL APPOINTMENTS at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.

If you you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards an earlier or future appointment, but YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL NEED AT LEAST 48 HRS OF NOTICE WHEN RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT, to apply your deposit towards a future appointment. If you miss your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to our office for their appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled. You will be charged the non-refundable deposit if the appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.

Below are directions to our FREE client parking lot located on the roof of our building:

430 Yale Ave N, Seattle, WA, 98109 (2 blocks North of the REI flagship store)

Directions from I-5

Take the Mercer Street exit

Turn Left onto Fairview Ave N

Turn Left onto Republican St

Continue on Republican St 1/2 block past Yale Ave

On your Right-hand side there will be a building painted blue on the right - Turn Right down the alleyway located between the two buildings

Within 30 feet make a slight Right onto the roof top - Park in any spot labeled 'DCA'

(parking stalls 20-23)

*Only park in spaces labeled 'DCA' as we have a shared parking lot with limited spaces, violators are subject to be towed.

Stairs are located in the SW corner of parking lot (WALK IN FRONT OF PARKING SPACE #21) taking you down to Yale Ave. Our clinic will be to the right of the stairway as you come down from the parking lot.

New Client Exam

1 hour @ $225.00

After a review of your pet's prior medical history, a dermatologic examination of the skin and, generally, the ears will follow. Each exam room is equipped with video-otoscopy to view the structures of the ear canal. Dr. Mel will then attempt to explain the underlying problem(s) and help to guide each pet owner with making informed decisions regarding next steps and attempt to outline a sustainable, long-term, treatment plan.

Follow-Up/Recheck Exam (Established Patients Only)

45 minutes @ $110.00

If you need to schedule a specific procedure, you may also call our office (206-508-5500). We often perform procedures on Friday mornings. For allergy skin testing, patients should be off steroids for 30 days and antihistamines for at least 10 days.
